The Jewel beta is located at jewel.diamond-luster.com. It will run from today until September 31st. The next beta will then start up on October 1st.

Just a few things - (yes, I'm all about finding things xD)

This was on DL3 too, but at the end of the final DL3, will the post box be gone? I like posting on gem better, because I can scroll down and see the last posts, without going to the page.

However, when you view threads logged out, it says this over every thread:

I have a few problems with it.

When I was locking a topic, it didn't seem to REALLY lock... And when I was at that menu... I had the option to 'Pin' the thread... I guess I can make stickies? :P

Yeah, the lock function was never finished, nor were the other "options" within the post screen.

bren2010, thanks, I have it noted and it will be fixed for October.

And thanks for all the feedback vall, the bugs will be fixed for October, and I'm working on the solution for the posting screen.

Reset password can be added to my list too. :P

Aren't you excited?!

1. I'm not getting the blue notification on the side for new posts.

2. Some long signatures won't show up all the way.

Spoilers, instead of being unable to see them without putting your mouse on them, just turn gray, so you can still see the spoilers.

EDIT: Also, after I click on one of those blue forum thingies on the side, all of the threads have the same color, instead of being highlighted if there is a new post.

Also, all of the links in the DL Shop don't work, and neither does the link to the online members.
And it won't let me change my avatar.

Blue notifications- I think this is tied to the segregated Gem and Jewel "reads". Should be fixed when we mix them.

Long signatures- They are supposed to be limited in Jewel. We'll be working to set standards on signatures as we go on.

Spoilers- Thanks, I'll be sure to fix it for the October beta.

Shop- Will be back soon.

When I view my or someone else's latest post, it has some lines sticking up on the right of the box. When I hover my mouse over it, it provides a link with something about allthreads.

EDIT: It doesn't let me lock my threads in Jewel.

Can you post a screenshot of what it looks like? It should look like this screenshot.

I can kinda describe it: In the same bar as the Latest post bar, near the View Posts part, there are some lines sticking up out of the top of the signature part.
I use Internet Explorer if that helps at all.

I took a look in Internet Explorer 7, and I see what you mean. It's a problem with profiles not being fully compatible with Internet Explorer 7. I'll have it fixed for October, but in the meanwhile I would suggest you upgrade your browser to Internet Explorer 8 if you wish.

I noticed you're running Internet Explorer 7. I would suggest you use Firefox, but I understand not everyone wants to switch browsers. I would, at the least, recommend you upgrade to Internet Explorer 8, which already makes profiles in Jewel look a lot better (I tested this myself).

Fixed, that was a quirky issue.

Okay, I upgaded to 8 and the Latest post thing is gone. Everything looks a little better, too...

EDIT: Some usernames have lines going across them. Does this mean they are banned?

I noticed, about my blue thing.

Is the date and sup thing supposed to be there?
