Just wanted to let everyone know that the way birthdays function in profiles has been updated for it to be easier to work with. Birthdays will now display in "Month DD, YYYY" format rather than "MM/DD/YYYY" format, and your age will be displayed to the right of this.

Because of some complications with this update, you will need to reset your birthday, since we deleted the old system. If you experience any issues with this, please let us know through the Glitch Report Thread. =)

First off, I'd like to apologize for the long delay in putting the site back up, updating all the pages took me longer than I originally thought it would. =p

The biggest, and likely most easily noticeable part of this update is that you are now able to add people to your own PTs after they have been created, through the PT reply page. To do this, just enter the user's name in the field below your post's body and click the add user button. When you post the reply, they will be added.

Also in this update are miscellaneous changes and fixes for various parts of the forums and PT systems, most of these are unnoticeable and were mainly done to clean up the coding of these pages a bit.

It’s great to see the site so lively and bustling with activity. To add to the fun, the Diamond Luster staff is hosting a Pokemon tournament this week from 5:00 PM on Monday, April 27, through 5:00 PM on Monday, May 4. You can post on this thread and sign up for the tournament. Each person will be assigned a number (first person to post gets 1, second person to post gets 2, etc.), and two numbers will be randomly assigned to battle. Here are some general guidelines to remember:

- The tournament is only for Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum players.
- You may use up to six Pokemon.
- No hacked Pokemon are allowed, obviously.
- Any legitimate Pokemon, including legendaries, are allowed.

There will be a fourth-, third-, second-, and first-place winner of the tournament. Fourth place will receive 25 Diamond Dollars, third place will receive 50 Diamond Dollars, second place will receive 100 Diamond Dollars, and first place will receive 200 Diamond Dollars. Also, just for participating, every non-winner will receive 15 Diamond Dollars. Diamond Dollars will be used to buy things once our system here at DL is updated to incorporate them.
